The GMM block-cutters are fully automatic machines for cutting the blocks into strips and managed by the latest generation of electronics. They are available in different versions suitable for working marble or granite and different powers to cut even dimensional blocks. On these machines can be mounted diamond discs with diameters up to 1620 mm to make strips with a maximum width of 600 mm and thicknesses from 10 to 50 mm. Depending on the model, it is possible even mount 75 discs on the most performing granite machine. Our machines can also be equipped with two discs for horizontal cuts and automatic strip unloader (to feed high productivity of polishing, cutting and bevelling lines). To ensure durability and maximum resistance to corrosion, all surfaces of our machines are treated with accurate sandblasting, cold galvanizing and two-component epoxy paint processes.
