MONOBLOCK AUTOMATIC BRIDGE SAWING MACHINE
NEW GENERATION 180° ROTATING HEAD FOR BLADE UP TO
625 MM DIAMETER AND TILTING TABLE
Monoblock sawing machine that does not require
foundations. The ideal machine for small series
works in all types of workshops, easy to use,
compact and efficient. It can be manually operated
or it can perform automatically parallel,
perpendicular and diagonal cuts using head
orientation and the interpolation of fast movements
on recirculating ball slide guides, without
requiring the rotation of the table inserted in the
single body and equipped with tilting table to
facilitate material loading.
The main structures
of the machine - head-holder bridge, lateral
shoulders and slab holder table - are all in
electrowelded steel structure, hot dipped zinc
plating and stabilized to guarantee a perfect
dimensional stability and long life. The
blade-holder head is in hot zinc-plated steel with a
large size and very thick spindle carrier sleeve.
The blade cover casing and the protections of the
guides are all in zinc-plated or stainless steel for
longest duration. The superficial protection cycle
of the machine consists of sandblasting and hot zinc
plating of surfaces to guarantee perfect
long-lasting corrosion resistance.
The
horizontal motion cut/return of the
blade-holder slide (axis X)
operated by a pinion/rack couple is performed on
hardened guides with recirculating ball pads
specially covered by dust protection guard. The cut
and return speeds of the blade-holder head have a
separate electronic setting. The cut and return end
of stroke are adjustable.
Bridge transfer (axis Y)
is performed on oil bath roller guides, protected
and positioned on the supports made in electrowelded
steel structure; the motion is operated by a couple
of pinions and racks synchronised and without
clearance. The shifts are operated by brushless
motors with variable speed controlled through the
relative buttons or automatically with an adjustable
program. The position of the bridge is displayed in
tenths of millimetre on the display of the control
panel.
Blade upward/backward motion (axis
Z): the operating
head slides vertically on a chrome-plated sleeve.
The upward and downward end of stroke are adjustable.
Head orientation
by 180°; from -45° to +135° operated by brushless
motor and precision reducer gear without clearance.
The
small size flanged spindle
power unit directly connected to the blade has an
efficient system of cooling water distribution. The
machine computer processes all calculations to
perform the cuts oriented in any direction on the
slab, shifting at the same time the blade-holder
head and the bridge on the guides (axis X and Y).
This machine automatically performs longitudinal
cuts, rotates the head and performs transversal or
diagonal cuts according to the settings.
Tilting table
in hot zinc-plated steel with wood or PVC covering.
The pneumatic tilting system of the table allows
easy loading of the slabs.
The
electric panel
is connected to the base on the right side of the
bridge with the panel enclosing the basic controls,
remote control switches, heat protections, general
switch with door-lock and electronic control system.
The
pendant pushbutton
station containing the automatic cuts programmer,
the display unit with 5" TOUCHSCREEN and the main
controls, held by a hinged arm; easy to handle in
the area between the panel and the table during the
preparation of the work and it displays the
programming steps and positions of the axes in
motion. Possibility to set up to 9 different cutting
measures that can be repeated up to 99 times with
orthogonal and oblique direction.
Laser
collimator for easy positioning of the blade on the
cutting line, installed on the blade cover guard and
rotates with the blade itself.
Machine safety:
the devices comply with CE standards with a metal
cable barrier and a micro-switch controlled by an
intrinsic safety circuit protecting the danger area
around the operating head. The blade-cover guard is
internally soundproof coated. The power and water
supplies are carried and protected by nylon
cable-holding chains from the connection to the base
of the machine to the electrical panel and from the
latter to the operating head.
