The study, design and implementation of bridge saws and blockcutters is as follows, all developed within the company using a group of qualified engineers and technicians and the most advanced design technologies.

• detection and study of operational requirements;
• identification of technological solutions to be applied to machinery;
• mechanical, electrical and electronic design engineering and prototyping the basic model;
• industrialization of machinery through the implementation of the models necessary to carry out moulds for cast iron parts of machinery;
• production;
• assembly;
• testing.

From the steps described above, we achieve the basic model that can be integrated with accessories, according to customer needs.
The basic production cycle (carpentry, castings, painting, metal working, etc..) is executed by our subsidiary company Mectoce, which is capable of performing all the previously described working processes with advanced technology able to reach those quality standards that make it possible to obtain our "accessible quality"; at GMM assembly of mechanical and electrical parts takes place aswell as customising the machine with various optionals and software and testing of machines. The streamlining of the production chain can produce more than 350 bridge saws and block cutters per year.
GMM or its counterparts also do the installation on site and commissioning.
