The process of globalization of supply & demand has imposed on the market a consequent adjustment of organization, structure and product, and thus this is why we have extended the product range from cutting to polishing, acquiring part of the share capital of Cemar, a manufacturer of machinery for polishing strips and slabs. In 2002, all assets and companies were consolidated through the establishment of Gmm Holding SPA which owns 90% of Gmm SpA, 90% of Terzago Patents, 80% of Mectoce (machining of castings and carpentry) and 75% of Cemar (polishing lines).
The foreign assets are coordinated through the Gmm USA co. & Gmm Hong Kong co. 100% subsidiaries of 100% Gmm Holding SpA through its subsidiary Gmm SpA.
